Grow your service business to grow your sales, not the other way around. It is much easier to own the Service marketing space in your market than it is, as you know, to own the sales marketing space. This is not a hypothetical idea because there are a number of very successful stores that have adopted this strategy and have grown their monthly sales by over 100 units per month by growing the service RO count and converting service customers to sales customers.
